Farmington Farmers beat the Pittsfield Saukees
64-24 behind suffocating full court pressure
forcing 19 Saukee turnovers. Farmington defense
held Pittsfield to single digit scoring in every
quarter. The Farmers (7-3) were led in scoring by Matt Goedeke with 21 points. Goedeke and Josh Watznauer both pulled down seven rebounds each. Eleven of the 12 Farmers that saw action scored. The Saukees (2-8) were led in scoring by Jordan Evans with seven points. Farmington advances to play the winner of Brown County/Hamilton in Game 14 on Day 2 at 6:30 p.m. Pittsfield will meet the loser of Brown County/Hamilton on the consolation side of the bracket in Game 10 on Day 2 at 10:30 a.m. |
