Illini Central cruises past Hamilton, 63-37   December 29, 2006
Illini Central forces 25 turnovers to end Hamilton's tourney
Illini Central scored 24 points in the opening quarter and never looked back in cruising to a 63-37 win over Hamilton. The Cougars used a smothering man-to-man defense to force 25 Hamilton (1-9) turnovers.

Alex Adams led Illini Central (7-5) with 20 points. Drew Kastner added 16 in the win.

Caleb Gray registered a double-double for the Cardinals with 12 points and 13 rebounds.

Illini Central advances to the consolation semifinals where they will face the winner of Bushnell-Prairie City vs. Knoxville tomorrow morning at 10:30 at Macomb High School.

NOTES:
- Illini Central's Anthony Rivera spent the game on the bench in street clothes.
