Luke Kane steps up in Bomber victory   December 29, 2007
Bombers ride see-saw to 3rd place
With two-time MVP Matt Buren on the shelf for Macomb with an ankle injury, the Bombers were looking for a new collective identity. After lacking some organization in a semifinal loss to Lewistown, Macomb's Luke Kane stepped up and dropped in a game-high 21 points. That helped the Bombers (8-4) earn a 38-36 victory over Abingdon and 3rd place in this year's Macomb-Western Holiday Tournament.

The game featured 12 lead changes and four ties and neither team led by more than six points during the contest.

Nick Anderson led Abingdon (10-5) with 16 points and nine rebounds.
