Hancock raced out to a 31-11 halftime lead thanks
to a defense which held the Farmington Farmers to
only 16% shooting from the field. The Titans
continued to build on their advantage and came
away with a 57-29 win in the opening game of day
two of the Macomb-Western Holiday Tournament. Farmington (3-8)
surrendered 25 points off of their 19 turnovers
to help seal their fate. It's the first
two-and-out for the Farmers in the tourney since
2005. Lucas Flynn led Farmington with 13 points.
Ryan Runge
continued his strong tournament play tallying 17
points. Devin Diveney added 11 while Seth
Pinkston chipped in with 10 for the victors.
West Hancock moves
on to face Pleasant Plains in the consolation
bracket semifinal tomorrow morning at 9:00 at
Macomb High School.
