in the longest tournament game in history
last year when the Cardinals were ousted
86-77 in four overtimes by Lewistown.
Plains has
tallied total of five overtime periods
over the past two tournaments as a 2006
matchup with Abingdon was decided in a
single overtime frame.
That loss
to Lewistown last year made it two
straight years where the tournament's top
seed failed to make it to the
championship matchup.
Pleasant
Plains had been no stranger to Western
Hall prior to entering the M-WHT as they
made several appearances as a Super
